Strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) is an upcoming livelihood programme. Small producers often have the crop, the skill, and the labour — but not the collective structure needed to reach fair markets.
Vaaradhi Trust will work with FPOs on organisation, market access, and practical capacity so surplus agricultural produce becomes a more reliable income for member families.
This is rural bridge-building: connecting expertise, institutions, and community producer groups so opportunity is not left stranded at the farm gate.
