Urban Forestry & Green Initiatives
Opportunities
- Participate in planting fruit-bearing and suitable urban tree saplings at Vaaradhi-supported locations.
- Support watering coordination, mulching, protection and basic maintenance of planted saplings.
- Record survival, growth and condition of planted saplings using standard monitoring forms/photos.
- Engage park users and local communities on tree protection, maintenance and responsible use of green spaces.
- Support awareness sessions and tree-related activities with schools and colleges near project locations.
- Mobilise residents, institutions and local groups to support maintenance of selected planted areas.

Skill Development & Mentorship
Opportunities
- Conduct awareness sessions in communities, RWAs, colleges, workplaces, NGOs, and community groups on generic medicines, Jan Aushadhi and medicine affordability.
- Support social media campaigns, content creation, infographics, videos, and dissemination of educational material.
- Support surveys, field studies, literature reviews, case studies, data collection, report preparation and evidence generation on medicine access and affordability.
- Help connect Vaaradhi team with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, medical colleges, professional associations, NGOs and other stakeholders.
- Identify, and support in conducting health camps, doctor conclaves, public consultations, awareness drives and Generics for All campaigns.

Opportunities
- Mentor a trainee batch in soft skills, resume writing, and workplace communication.
- Run mock interview practice sessions ahead of a placement drive.
- Assist our trainers at the ongoing training courses.
- Support job fairs and placement drives that connect trained youth to employers.
- Share your own professional expertise through a one time skill talk or workshop.
